Dr. Michael Buxbaum founded Buxbaum Medical with a simple but powerful idea: patients deserve the same quality of care regardless of where they live. Whether you walk into our Houston office or reside in an assisted living community across town, you should have access to a physician who knows your history and treats you like family.
Over two decades later, that vision has grown into a practice that serves patients across more than 15 care communities in the Houston area. Our team of board-certified physicians and advanced practice providers visits assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and memory care communities on a regular schedule — not just when called.
